What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner position at OMT?
High paced, multidiciplinary medical office specializes in workman's compesation seeking dependable nurse practitioner. Must have reliable transportation, ability to communicate clearly and effectively, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide timely and thorough documentation
- Collaborate care with physician, physical therapists, massage therapists, and acupuncturist
- Provide health education to patients on injury prevention, medication use, and recovery expectations
- Correspondence with pharmacies, attorneys, and managed care organizations as needed
License/Certification:
- DEA Certification (Required)
- RN License (Required)
- CPR Certification (Required)
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (Required)
- AED Certification (Preferred)
- BWC Certification (Preferred)
Pay: From $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
