Are you a night owl who loves delivering great customer service? Do you thrive when working independently? We are opening a stunning, brand-new Fairfield Inn & Suites right on the oceanfront in Myrtle Beach, and we want you on our founding team!
As our Night Auditor, you are much more than a front desk agent—you are the overnight leader. You will balance the daily financial logs, assist late-arriving and early-departing guests, and act as the primary Manager on Duty to handle any situation that arises with confidence and care.
Duties·
- Guest Service Excellence: Provide enthusiastic, high-quality customer service. Greet guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, and resolve inquiries with a welcoming attitude.
- · Financial Auditing: Close out the day’s business, verify commercial transactions, run nightly reports, and balance guest accounts.
- · Manager on Duty: Act as the leadership figure on-site overnight. Make critical decisions regarding guest satisfaction, safety, and property management.
- · Self-Supervision: Work independently during the quiet hours, managing your time efficiently to complete all audit checklists without direct oversight.
- · Safety & Security: Maintain a secure environment for our guests by monitoring the property and following overnight safety protocols.

What We Are Looking For
- · Dependability is an absolute must. Because you are the sole operator overnight, promptness and consistent attendance are critical.
- · Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional, and patient demeanor.
- · Strong ability to self-supervise and problem-solve independently.
- · Prior hotel front desk or auditing experience is highly preferred.
- · Experience with StayNTouch PMS / Agilysys is a major plus!
- · Basic math and computer proficiency to handle nightly financial balancing.
