We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our hotel team. This role is responsible for ensuring clean, orderly, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and reset guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
- Sanitize bathrooms and restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and tissues.
- Report any maintenance issues or lost & found items to the appropriate department.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and elevators.
- Follow all health and safety standards and hotel procedures.
- Ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas are kept clean and organized.
- Respond promptly to guest requests or room needs as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
