POSITION SUMMARY: Performs a variety of reception, secretarial, and data entry duties.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages
- Schedule patients appointments
- Send Link to Patients to Pre-Register Information
- Requests X-rays and Referrals from Referring Offices
- Maintain CT’s and Prosthetics for Upcoming Appointments
- Send and Track Pathology Specimens going and coming from Lab
- Scan Oncology/RX/Survey reports
- Notifying Doctors of Pathology Reports
- Save X-rays and Referrals from Web-site and E-mail
- Manage Scheduling E-mail and Call Patients to Schedule
- Save Online Patient Information
- Check On Call Message Daily and Contact Patients for Follow-Up
- Scan in all X-rays and Referrals to patient Charts
- Prepare and Print Doctor’s Consult, Treatment and Thank You Letters
- Notify Employees of Last Minute Schedule Changes
- Pack Suitcases for Daily Transport to Satellite Offices
- Unpack Incoming Suitcases and Disperse Contents
- Maintain computerized schedule
- Update Patient/Referral information in Leading Reach Platform
- Monitor Conversations with patients in Solution Reach Platform
- Conduct Monthly Patient Recall
SECONDARY DUTIES:
- Other duties as deemed necessary
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be in good physical condition and able to withstand the stress and demands of an active position.
- Must be able to endure many long hours of sitting.
- Manual dexterity, good eye-hand coordination, and adequate vision and hearing needed in daily work.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Dental or business experience
- High School graduate
