Primary Site: Creekwood Surgery Center | Might also Rotate Through: Total Joint Center of the Northland, Briarcliff Surgery Center, Beacon West Surgery Center, Beacon East Surgery Center, and MAO Leawood Surgery Center. 

We are seeking a W2 full-time anesthesiologist to join our thriving North Kansas City team. This position is primarily based at Creekwood North Kansas Surgery Center, with additional rotation through Total Joint Center of the Northland, Briarcliff Surgery Center, Beacon West Surgery Center, Beacon East Surgery Center, and MAO Leawood Surgery Center—all ASC settings with a strong surgical and anesthesia team.

- Creekwood North Kansas Surgery Center runs 4 operating rooms daily, averaging 15 surgical cases per day
- High-volume, efficient outpatient environment
- Diverse case mix with a predictable weekday schedule

💼 Position Highlights
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, no call, no weekends
- Sign-On Bonus
- Base Salary: Recently increased and escalates by $20,000 annually over 3 years
- Collaborative anesthesia care team and streamlined OR operations

- Base Salary: Competitive and structured with annual escalator ($20K/year for 3 years)
