Summary
We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team at OMPT Specialists, Inc. This role will assist patients of multiple clinics through multiple ways (Kiosk, phone and online).
Responsibilities
- Register new patients in EMP system and complete intakes.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Maintain authorizations and verify new patient insurance as needed.
- Process Medical Records requests as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a front office or administrative role, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
