Purpose and Description
Position is responsible to drive service success with goal of improving customer satisfaction,
maximizing client retention. Team member must be a self-starter with field service technician
expertise who exceeds customer service expectations. As a valuable delivery and maintenance
technician, you will also apply your high-level knowledge of our industry to enhance client trust,
build rapport, and drive yourself and your teammates to meet annual goals and objectives.
Responsibilities/Duties
• Adheres to policies and procedures
• Presents themselves with class and respect when dealing with internal and external
customers.
• Responsible for ensuring service is done in a timely and precise manner.
• Ensures all tools are loaded within their trucks to fulfill service requests
• Keeps track and cleanliness of their designated truck and trailer.
• Preforms repairs on broken or malfunctioning products. May replace need to replace
faulty or worn-out parts.
• Communicates with Service Manager about any issues that may arise in the field or
ideas to better serve our customers.
• Installing, testing and providing instructions to clients on certain service calls.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers, team members and
Ownership/Leadership.
• Provide customer service and support during field visits and tie workflow to schedules
to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties
-Working knowledge of all equipment used in the field
-Understanding of products that are being sold (serviced, delivered, etc.)
-Experience with basic hand and power tools
-Physically able to meet requirements of the job that may include working in confined spaces,
lifting heavy equipment, and bending down frequently.

Extraordinary Work Conditions

the ability to work overtime, holidays, evenings or weekends as necessary.
• Extensive driving within the DFW Metropolitan area.
• Must be capable of working outdoors and visiting job sites on a regular basis.
• Must be able to pick up, load and unload units equal or greater than 50lbs
