What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Personal Assistant position at OmniVest Properties, LLC?
If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to work for two (2) companies under one roof in the commercial general construction industry, this is the position for you.
This position would require a person who is conscientious, enjoys staying busy, likes diversity in their duties, is highly motivated, and who can “multi-task” and follow through on their administrative duties.
Some duties would include, but not be limited to, contacting clients, managing and maintaining schedules for 2 Principals, typing reports and other documents and arranging travel when needed all while maintaining a professional image for themselves and our companies. Experience with Sage 100 is a plus.
