Conduct scripted telephone interviews with residents of Hawai'i, Guam, American Samoa, Palau, and CNMI to gather critical health data supporting public health initiatives in each community.
Hybrid & Remote Positions
Complete 1 month in office and be considered for a hybrid or remote position. Remote work is available for eligible Oahu residents after successfully completing the initial in-office training period and exceeding productivity goals.

Responsibilities
- Conduct research interviewing to gather valuable data from respondents.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to maintain a positive rapport with respondent.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to ensure data integrity.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with respondents and team members.
- Follow a pre-defined telephone survey script accurately and professionally.
Paid training and no experience necessary
Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry.
- Able to read from a pre-defined script with ease.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
