As a full stack web developer, you will be a key team member who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing front-end and back-end software for our suite of products. In this role, you will impact our commercial and government client's critical missions, improving our applications to help millions of users across the globe. You should have an entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, tenacity, grit, and adaptability mentalities with the ability to thrive in the fast-paced, ever-changing environment of scaling startup. The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following and under moderate supervision:
Responsibilities:
· Design, build, and launch user-facing experiences.
· Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software.
· Write server-side and client-side code for web-based applications, create fast, easy-to-use, high volume production applications, and develop prototypes.
· Design Cloud-based technical architectures, migration approaches, and application optimizations that enable business objectives.
· Design and implement new user-facing features in OmniSync products.
· Work closely with UX and PM to define, prototype, and test experiences with real users to discover what experiences users value the most and how to improve the experiences to provide more value to users.
· Plan and prioritize feature development with Engineers, Program & Product Managers, and User Experience.
· Lead development best practices and establish a healthy code base.
· Optimize web applications to maximize speed and scale.
· Performs other duties, research and special projects, as assigned.
General:
· Must be able to work in-person on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and other days as needed.
· English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to sing, dance, or just have fun is highly preferred
Minimum qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
· 3 years of relevant work experience.
· Experience working in software development with one or more of the following programming languages; Python, JavaScript
· Experience in working with back-end technologies and/or backend end frameworks: NodeJS, SQL
· Experience in working with front end technologies and/or front-end frameworks: React, GraphQL, NextJS
Preferred qualifications:
· Experience with user-interface design.
· Background in computer science, with a focus on data structures, algorithms, and API design.
· Demonstrated ability to share knowledge via formal mentoring, reviewing code, reviewing design documents, providing technical talks, teaching classes, or as a consultant on projects.
· Experience working with and managing external partners/customers.
· Experience with standard IT security practices such as identity and access management, data protection, encryption, certificate and key management.

Salary: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year, depending on experience
