Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Adult Day Care Center
Location: Northborough, MA
Employment Type: Contract
Salary: Approximately $45/hr on W2.
Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide comprehensive nursing care to participants in an Adult Day Care Center at Northborough, MA. The RN will be responsible for health assessments, medication management, care coordination, and ensuring compliance with Massachusetts healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing health assessments
- Administer and monitor medications and treatments
- Develop and maintain individualized care plans
- Monitor vital signs and manage chronic conditions
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Respond to medical needs and emergencies as required
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
- Experience in adult day care, geriatrics, or community health preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
