Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex enterprise integration projects involving boundary systems such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE), IBM AS/400, and Salesforce. This role requires strong expertise in managing cross-functional teams, system integrations, and stakeholder communication across business and IT.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of integration projects involving ERP, legacy, and cloud systems
- Manage integration between JDE, AS400, Salesforce, and other boundary applications
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource planning
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors
- Ensure seamless data flow across systems using APIs, middleware, or batch integrations
- Drive requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment phases
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactively
- Monitor project progress, budget, and quality metrics
- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and security standards
- Lead status reporting, steering committee meetings, and executive communication
Technical Skills Required
- Strong understanding of:
- ERP systems (JDE)
- Legacy systems (AS400 / RPG-based systems)
- CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- Experience with integration tools/middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, REST/SOAP APIs)
- Knowledge of data migration, ETL processes, and system interfaces
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and hybrid architecture
Project Management Skills
- Proven experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong expertise in project planning, estimation, and budgeting
- Experience managing large, distributed teams
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders across geographies
- Strong risk and issue management capabilities
Preferred Certifications
- PMP / PRINCE2
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- ITIL (good to have)
Soft Skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field

Salary : $70 - $75
