Omnisparkle Janitorial Services is seeking a reliable independent cleaning professional or small cleaning team to service a three-building HOA community property in Farmersville, TX (75442).
This is a steady, ongoing contract ideal for:

The property includes community clubhouse spaces, restrooms, hallways, and shared residential areas. Additional project work may be available.
Scope of Work
- Clean and sanitize clubhouse and common areas
- Maintain restrooms and shared spaces
- Vacuum, mop, and maintain flooring
- Remove trash and maintain entry areas
- Perform detail cleaning to HOA standards
- Follow structured checklists using mobile app
- Communicate professionally regarding site needs
This is commercial property cleaning — not residential house cleaning.
