Overview
This is a training position for employees that will be transitioning into a professional role.
Responsibilities
- Learning the business in all aspects of the business. This is a business immersion program designed to train new employees for a professional role.
- Rotational program that trains at mulitple sites.
- Learn about Sales, Procurement, and Operations in order to go into one of those roles.
- Complete an Executive Sponsored project.
- Work with a Mentor to assist in the trainee's growth and development.
Qualifications
- College degree in related fields
