We are seeking a professional Parts Clerk to assist in organizing and coordinating products in our Parts Department.
Responsibilities
- Transfer parts to other locations or pick up parts from outside vendors as needed.
- Issue parts to internal customers and maintain work orders.
- Stock incoming parts and verify inventory.
- Answer the telephone and utilize a two-way radio.
- Practice all safety regulations.
- Clean work areas daily.
- Operate a forklift as required.
- All other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to details.
- Willing to work Saturdays as required.
- Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly, on a daily basis.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Basic math skills.
- A clear understanding and adherence to safety regulations.
