Picking Line position involves sorting scrap materials to upgrade and remove nonconforming items from the production process. This position requires a self-motivated individual who is a team player, with a strong willingness to learn new skills and contribute positively to the team’s success.

What You Will Do
Sort scrap to upgrade & remove nonconforming items- Have proactive troubleshooting and adaptability
- Strict adherence to safety rules and procedures is a must
- Ability to be qualified and trained in skid steer and forklift
- Able to be qualified as a retail buyer and inspector
- Communicate effectively with NF Warehouse personnel
- Inspect all inbound loads
- Customer Service
- Effective communication
- All other duties as assigned

- A clear understanding and adherence to safety regulations
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
- Ability to stand/work for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more repetitively on a regular basis
- Must be self-motivated team player, anxious and willing to learn new skills
