About the Role

As a Cashier / Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while accurately processing transactions and supporting daily retail operations. This is a customer-facing, face-to-face role where you'll assist customers, answer questions, recommend products, and ensure every shopping experience is welcoming and efficient.

What You'll Do

Customer Service & Face-to-Face Support

Cashier & Checkout Operations

• Process customer purchases accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance transactions at the end of each shift.
• Ensure every checkout is efficient, accurate, and customer-friendly.

Retail Operations

• Restock merchandise and maintain organized product displays.
• Keep checkout areas and the sales floor clean, organized, and well-presented.
• Support promotional displays and merchandising initiatives.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming retail environment.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with team members to achieve customer service and store performance goals.
• Participate in paid training and ongoing professional development.
• Support daily store operations and additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Contribute to a collaborative and customer-focused workplace culture.
