The Project Manager is responsible for the setup of new customers and the ongoing management of customer projects for our Print and Fulfillment services. Acting as the primary contact for both external and internal customers, this role ensures that all expectations are met or exceeded in a cost-effective and timely manner. Responsibilities include advocating for the customer within product teams, focusing on customer satisfaction, product improvement, and providing technical solutions to meet customer needs.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding of new customers through internal and external kickoff meetings; using designated tools to gather new customer information.
- Review and plan project schedules to ensure efficient workflow through teams and to avoid errors and delays.
- Create and update job tickets with accurate project specifications.
- Work with outside vendors to complete projects on time and to specification.
- Communicate with internal and external customers, troubleshoot and resolve problems, and provide suggestions to enhance the customer’s project.
- Emphasize the need for quality in the work performed by the team, proactively seeking improvements, and developing and documenting processes.
- Support and enhance customer service to continually higher levels, always looking for ways to benefit end users.
- Conduct monthly pricing procedure based on customer established pricing structure.
- Understand customer needs and recommend ways our products and services can support/benefit those needs; including running reports, determining ideal inventory levels, and monitoring inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to proactively seek new and better ways to perform job tasks.
- Understand product specifications and production processes to ensure established guidelines are followed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education And/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline; or combination of related education and experience.
- Proficient in MS-Word, MS-Excel, Acrobat, email software, Windows operating systems.
- Ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to balance multiple projects, while making quick decisions through troubleshooting.
- Ability to work cross-functionally through the company.
- Experience with cross-media products, print and digital.
- Experience with order fulfillment processes and understanding of terminology.
- Ability to learn new software quickly and self-teach.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with shipping procedures and terminology.
- Experience with Order Management System (OMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
