Responsibilities:
- Work independently to initiate contact with customers by telephone and written correspondence
- Problem solve with the customers to secure a repayment plan that works for both the customer and the company
- Provide the highest level of professionalism while reconciling the accounts
Qualifications:
- Excellent work ethic
- The ability to work independently and effectively
- Time Management and organizational skills
- Understanding the collections process
