POSITION SUMMARY
Full-time
Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI is REQUIRED.
Security Officers provide all routine patrol and access control functions including property control.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report to the Lieutenant or Sergeant
- Patrol Buyer's facilities and report all security or safety deficiencies
- Conduct timed patrol tours and special signoffs as directed.
- Respond to the scene of crimes and emergencies to assist, observe, report, and contain
- Enforce Buyer's access and property control policies at all gates and lobbies
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be U.S. citizen
- Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- Must have Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI
- Successfully pass criminal, credit and driving records check
- Successfully to pass an employment physical
- Successfully pass criminal, credit and driving records check
- Ability to prepare detailed written reports and fill out forms
- Write and speak clearly and effectively in English.
- Be fully computer literate with computer hardware
- Communicate effectively
- Must be able to pass training and obtain the required certifications and licenses
- 6 months or more of aerospace related security experience preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS
Subject to frequent interruptions. May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 50 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting for prolonged periods throughout the workday. Climb 8 or more flights of stairs.
