Requirements 

We are searching for a candidate with: 

• 3-5 years of Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic experience
• 3-5 years of Industrial Maintenance experience
• Strong electrical knowledge

Duties and Responsibilities 

A typical day may include:   

• Maintaining a safe work environment
• Assignments to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, fluidic, and building repairs and new construction operations requiring involvement with equipment and other plant layout changes
• Making layout and fabrication drawings for the replacement of shafts, spare parts, brackets and other additions for plant equipment
• Working from drawings, sketches, machine operation and maintenance manuals, work requests, and oral instructions
• Performing diversified and somewhat difficult work including analytical troubleshooting and complex maintenance functions
• Utilizing a variety of precision instruments and considerable judgment in working effectively and efficiently in diagnosing, dismantling, repairing, lubricating and reassembling units
• Using skills to work on general and technical maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatic, pipe fitting, and general machining for items requiring a close tolerance
• Rebuilding and maintaining primary roll forming, forming and ancillary equipment throughout the plant
• Periodically inspecting conditions of the plant operating machines and equipment for preventative maintenance purposes
• Detecting faulty operations, diagnosing malfunctions, and providing remedies
• Maintaining specific records of work performed, details of repairs and material usage using 5S/6S manufacturing knowledge

• Hours: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
