This role will be based in our Stamford, Connecticut office and requires regular in-office presence five days per week, to engage and collaborate in-person with the team and for meetings as required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Prepare informational tax returns (5471, 8858, 8865) to report the financial results of the company's foreign entities
- Research ownership structure, tax status, and earnings history of assigned entities
- Assist in the computation of GILTI, FDII, BEAT
- Other duties as assigned (IRS Audits etc.)
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting
- International tax experience a plus
- Strong accounting skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel
- Experience with Tax Technologies Software (TTI) preferred.
