About The Role
Omnicom Production is seeking an Associate Producer to support our growing Chicago-based production department. This role is ideal for someone with knowledge and experience in advertising and content production, looking to deepen their skills across print and video projects. You’ll work closely with lead producers and cross-functional teams to manage production logistics, vendor coordination, and project documentation, while contributing meaningfully to the creative and operational success of each project.
Responsibilities
Salary Range: $5-,000 - $60,000
US Pay Range
$50,000—$60,000 USD

About The Role
Omnicom Production is seeking an Associate Producer to support our growing Chicago-based production department. This role is ideal for someone with knowledge and experience in advertising and content production, looking to deepen their skills across print and video projects. You’ll work closely with lead producers and cross-functional teams to manage production logistics, vendor coordination, and project documentation, while contributing meaningfully to the creative and operational success of each project.
Responsibilities
- Support lead producers in the execution of print and video productions, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Assist in reviewing project briefs and preparing estimates and scopes
- Help organize project workflows and schedules
- Manage administrative tasks including documentation, meeting notes, and production paperwork
- Coordinate bookings and logistics for third-party vendors
- Assist with vendor onboarding, purchase orders, and payment tracking
- Collaborate with post-production teams to ensure smooth delivery of final assets
- Contribute to the preparation of Completion Reports and project wrap-ups
- Participate in client communications and internal meetings to stay aligned on project goals
- 2–3 years of experience in advertising, media, or content production
- Foundational understanding of studio and location shoots for still and video content
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive and collaborative, with a growth mindset
- Familiarity with advertising agency workflows is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Suite; familiarity with Frame.io and Smartsheets is a bonus
- Experience with test spots and animatics is preferred
- Willingness to travel as needed
