Compensation Range
$40,000—$75,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Responsibilities
- Manage the trafficking, testing, implementation, and maintenance of digital advertising campaigns using Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360)
- Create, manage and maintain detailed Traffic Sheets including campaign structure, placements, URLs, naming conventions and tracking tags
- Support quality assurance (QA) standards and help maintain trafficking best practices
- Support campaign setup and execution workflows, ensuring campaigns launch accurately, on time and in full delivery
- Serve as a technical point-of-contact for Planning, Analytics, Programmatic, Search, Social, and Creative teams
- Troubleshoot ad creative issues that impact tracking, implementation, or reporting
- Provide implementation documentation and proof-of--launch materials to internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor campaign delivery and flag pacing, discrepancy, or implementation issues as needed
- Adjust rotations to ensure creative weighting and flighting are at peak levels
- Ensure campaigns deliver on pace and in full
- Collaborate with key agency partners to ensure successful execution of digital media campaigns
- Support onboarding and provide guidance to junior team members as needed
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of experience in digital ad operations, ad trafficking or related media technology role; agency experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with ad serving platforms, such as Google Campaign Manager (CM360/DCM)
- Familiarity with web analytics and tagging tools such as Floodlight Tags, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or Google Tag Manager
- Understanding of digital media operations, campaign management workflows and ad serving best practices
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
- Basic understanding of HTML and digital tracking concepts
- Pharmaceutical/healthcare media experience is a plus
- Experience with programmatic, paid search and paid social campaigns is a plus
