Benefits for the Facilities Maintenance Technician II position include:
- Weekly pay! - $22.00 - $26.00/hour dependent on your experience and skills.

- Ensure that service delivery to the client is timely and of the highest quality.
- Perform repairs and troubleshooting of facility's electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- Repair and maintenance of floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows and furniture.
- Minor troubleshooting of faulty electrical systems/circuits.
- Minor HVAC preventative maintenance such as replacing filters.
- Replace door locks and hardware.
- Oversee sub-contractor activity, building audits and preventative maintenance schedule.
- Small project work on an as needed basis.
- Utilize CMMS work order system.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Possess outstanding customer service skills and can-do attitude.
- 5 plus years of general maintenance experience.
- Basic computer knowledge including work order systems and email.
- Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.
- Personal hand tools.
- Craft License or certificate in one trade preferred, especially HVAC, Carpentry or Electrical.
- Ability to pass FBI/BCI background check with fingerprints and drug test prior to employment.
- Valid Driver's License.
