Qualifications
- Degree in a related field preferred with 2 years of coaching experience
- OR
- 5 years of coaching/training experience
- Nationally recognized certification preferred (NSCA, NASM, ACSM, ACE, USAW, etc.)
- CPR/AED Certification required by hire date
Responsibilities
- Lead Small Group Training sessions
- Conduct Personal Training sessions
- Manage client relationships, communication, and accountability
- Attend weekly team meetings
- Maintain a professional and positive training environment
- Support teammates and contribute to the continued growth of the OPHT community
Position Details
