**Job Title: Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program Director**

Job Summary

As a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program Director, you will lead and oversee our comprehensive SUD treatment program. Your role is critical in developing, implementing, and managing services for individuals struggling with substance use disorders. Responsibilities

  • **Program Development:**
  • Design, develop, and continuously improve the SUD program's clinical and operational components.

  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to a team of counselors, therapists, and support staff.
  • Ensure that treatment plans are individualized and evidence-based, meeting the unique needs of each client.
  • **Quality Assurance:**
  • Implement quality assurance protocols and monitor program outcomes.
  • Regularly review client progress and satisfaction, making necessary adjustments.
  • **Staff Development:**
  • Recruit, train, and mentor clinical and support staff.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • **Collaboration:**
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Establish relationships with referral sources, such as hospitals, courts, and social service agencies.
  • **Compliance and Accreditation:**
  • Ensure program compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Prepare for and participate in audits and inspections.
  • **Budget Management:**
  • Develop and manage the program's budget, optimizing resources and revenue streams.
  • Monitor expenditures and financial performance.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, counseling).
  • Licensure as an addiction counselor or relevant clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
  • Substantial experience in addiction treatment, including supervisory roles.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based SUD treatment modalities and therapies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for SUD treatment programs.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
