Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Sanford, FL. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Key responsibilities include coordinating construction teams, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality standards are met, managing budgets, and collaborating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to align project goals with overall company objectives. The role also involves identifying project risks and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

- Strong expertise in Project Coordination and Construction Project Management
- Proficiency in Budgeting and managing project costs effectively
- Extensive knowledge in Construction Management and understanding of construction processes
- Proven experience in leading and executing projects within the scope of Project Management
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to strict deadlines
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and local building regulations
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage RFIs, submittals and change orders
- Sage Software knowledge is a plus
