ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties shall include but are not limited to the following:
- Generates and processes reports from AIMS as directed by Scheduling checklist at the time the checklist specifies (75% of duties)
- Learn and interpret Federal Aviation Regulations as they apply to Omni Air International
- Create and file written irregularity reports when crewmembers are not able to perform assigned duties
- Determine if crews are available for Ad Hoc trips proposed by Marketing
- Create and monitor Pilot and Flight Attendant ground duties, and flight duties according to FARs and company policies
- Distribute crew schedules to individual crewmembers as well as publish notifications of any changes from their original schedule
- Audit Per-Diem requests
- Submit authorized Per-Diem forms to payroll
- Provide assistance as needed to Manager of Crew Scheduling
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to type 40 wpm
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word
- Ability to multi-task, and think quickly and efficiently
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to pass a 10-year Background/Criminal check and pre-employment drug screen
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or GED (required)
- Previous office experience of 3 years or greater
- Previous Crew Scheduling experience preferred, but not required
