Escrow Officer

Omni Title Services is growing, and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.

We’re not necessarily searching for someone who has spent the last 10 years in the title industry (though we’d like to talk to you too). In fact, we are particularly interested in finding new talent, someone who has been waiting for an opportunity to prove what they can do.

We want someone hungry. Someone motivated. Someone who understands that being a great Escrow Officer is about much more than preparing documents and sitting at a closing table.

It’s about people, relationships, trust, and being part of one of the biggest moments in someone's life: homeownership.

What You'll Do

As an Escrow Officer, you'll manage residential real estate transactions from contract through closing while delivering an exceptional experience to everyone involved.

You'll work directly with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, builders, attorneys, and other professionals to coordinate transactions, prepare closing documents and statements, resolve issues, and ultimately bring everyone to the closing table.

But that's only part of the job.

We want you to build relationships and become part of the real estate community.

That means getting out from behind the desk. Attending networking events. Visiting real estate offices. Getting involved in the community. Introducing yourself to someone you've never met. Following up after a closing. Building relationships with agents and industry professionals and giving them a reason to want to work with you again.

Title Experience?

Experience in title, escrow, mortgage, banking, real estate, or another transaction-oriented industry is certainly valuable but we're willing to teach the right person.

We're more interested in finding someone with the personality, work ethic, emotional intelligence, and drive to succeed.

We can teach title and escrow.

It's much harder to teach someone to care, communicate, build relationships, and be hungry for an opportunity.
