Job Description:

CashRepublic is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-oriented IT Manager to perform various technology administration functions, including management of the Microsoft Entra/Intune Cloud environment, LAN and WAN, Telecom, Windows systems administration, and Desktop Support.

The IT Department has operational responsibility for desktop PC support, local and wide-area networks, and implementations and upgrades across multiple sites.

The position requires the applicant to be detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work independently.

Role:

• Serve as the point of contact for users seeking technical assistance in person, by phone, and via email.l
• Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques
• User creation and maintenance within Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, Office 365, and 8x8 phone systems
• Assist in maintaining all networks by evaluating performance issues, including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency; planning and installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; upholding network policies and procedures; establishing and maintaining VPN connections; and administering Fortinet firewalls and Switches
• Assist in software, hardware,e and network upgrades and enhancements by conferring with vendors to develop, test, and evaluate changes and upgrades
  
  

Technical Requirement:

• Knowledge of Microsoft IaaS platform & AWS Cloud networking, computing and data management.
• LAN & WAN network topologies, security concepts, and a strong knowledge of data communications (TCP/IP, switches, routers, firewalls, VPN’s).
• Fortinet security appliances & routers
• Ipsec & SSL VPN’s
• Windows Desktop operating systems
• Microsoft Server Operating Systems
• Entra AD and Microsoft Domain Management - Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Telecommunication Skills (VOIP, SIP, PRI)
• Microsoft Office 365
  
  

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or a related discipline) or equivalent education
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in IT
  
  

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $60K - $70K

Bonus: Eligible for annual bonus
