⭐ What You’ll Do (a.k.a. Your Superpowers)

• Be the first voice nervous tax payers hear—and the one that convinces them everything’s going to be okay.
• Make outbound calls with warmth, clarity, and a sprinkle of confidence.
• Gather basic info and schedule consultations with our tax pros.
• Keep our CRM organized (because chaos belongs in action movies, not our pipeline).
• Set the tone for a stress-free, friendly experience from the very start.

• A smile that can be heard through the phone.
• Ability to stay cool when callers are… not.
• Strong communication skills (bonus points if you can explain things without sounding like a robot).
• Attention to detail—especially when typing names like “Christopher” and “Kristofer” back to back.
