The Opportunity
We are looking for a self-motivated, reliable Tree Crew Foreman. Applicants must be detail-oriented with a focus in safety and efficiency. Production bonuses in addition to base pay possible.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients about pricing, planning and execution of jobs & address concerns and provide customer service
- Perform tree care tasks safely utilizing equipment such as chainsaws, lifts and bucket trucks.
- Set up job sites, organize work, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the business.
- Reach out to potential clients & provide assessments for services
- Perform work specified on job orders with efficiency and safety
- Complete routine trimming maintenance
- Perform precise and proper tree removal
- Identify trees of appropriate species for removal and pruning
- Inspect & maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly manner
- Ensure work done is consistent with company standards and safety regulations
- Report on any hazards or issues that might arise from tree care or maintenance
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
- Load debris and secure load completely and properly for transport

- Must be able to pass random drug testing.
- Must have a valid drivers license with clean driving record.
- Must be legally allowed to work in the US.
- Must have proven working experience as a tree trimmer, tree climber, arborist or similar role for 3 years with references
- Knowledge of how to safely operate chainsaws, tools and equipment such as arial lifts, etc.
- Ability to work in high pressure environments with high pressure systems
- Good physical condition and strength
- Working knowledge of safety guidelines and regulations
- Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs.
- Must be motivated to further your career & grow within the company.
- Experience with operating skid steer, arial lifts, and excavators.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CDL
- CPR / First Aid Certified
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills.
- Tree climbing experience
