Omni Pools & Scapes is hiring a Construction Supervisor who knows how to lead crews, hold standards, and get jobs done right.

What You’ll Be Responsible For- Lead daily field operations on active construction projects
- Keep crews on task, on time, and working to standard
- Run morning huddles and set the tone for the day
- Coordinate with the Project Manager on progress, problems, and next steps
- Protect labor hours, schedule, quality, and safety
- Make sure materials, tools, and equipment are ready before they are needed
- Keep Buildertrend logs, To Do’s, and documentation current
- Address issues early, before they become excuses, delays, or costly mistakes
- Coach crew members in the moment and enforce accountability
- Proven field leadership experience in construction, landscape construction, or similar work
- Someone who can lead people, not just do the work themselves
- Strong communication, organization, and jobsite problem-solving skills
- Ability to read plans and manage execution in the field
- High standards for safety, quality, cleanliness, and productivity
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- OSHA knowledge required
- OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid preferred, or willingness to complete within 90 days
