Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Frisco, TX, for an In Room Dining Server in both morning (AM) and evening (PM) shifts. The role involves delivering exceptional in-room dining service to guests, promptly taking and delivering food and beverage orders, setting up and clearing dining trays with attention to detail, and maintaining a warm and professional demeanor. Additional responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols, and providing memorable customer service experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure a positive guest experience
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage preparation and serving procedures
- Experience in Food Service to efficiently handle orders and maintain a clean work environment
- Knowledge of basic Cooking concepts is a plus
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability to work AM and PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred but not required
