Our client is a specialty manufacturing organization in Northwest Ohio- in a beautiful suburb located on the west side of Cleveland. They provide their employees with a stable work environment, excellent benefits, growth potential, non-union manufacturing setting and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Their business has been booming lately and due to this growth, they need to add a talented Engineering Manager.
Main duties include:
Directly leading a team of Chemical Process Engineers
Ensuring safety and quality goals/initiatives are met
Ensuring the plant is adhering to ISO regulations
Lead by example (training and helping others move up within the organization)
Track plant KPI's and present reports to Sr. Directors and VP's on all plant initiatives
Work closely with the Maintenance Manager and the Quality Manager on all technical projects throughout the facility
Qualifications include:
BS degree in Engineering (ideally Chemical)
Strong chemical plant leadership experience
Strong quality, ISO and maintenance background
Exceptional leadership skills
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
