What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Director position at Omni One?
Our client is a global manufacturing organization that is a recognized award-winning supplier within their industry. They have experienced tremendous growth in recent years by developing new products and new technologies that are changing the dynamics of both their company and this industry. They have won new contracts with major clients in the region and this has spear-headed even more growth and the need to hire new talent.

Main duties of the Quality Director include:
Directly leading, guiding, mentoring and training a team of Quality Engineers and quality personnel
Set goals and objectives for the Quality Team to closely follow
Ensure IATF 16949 processes are followed
Coordinate IATF audits
Manage root cause analysis and corrective action process
Use Lean/Six Sigma/CI methods to improve quality assurance and plant processes
Analyze data to improve overall product and process quality
Qualifications of the Quality Director include:
At least 5 years of quality management experience in manufacturing
IATF 16949 experience is required
Quality tools such as 8D, 5-Why, Root Cause, Corrective Actions with proven track record of measurable improvements in all areas of quality assurance
Proven leadership skills
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
