They are currently looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor on 3rd Shift.
Main duties of the Maintenance Supervisor include:
Leading and supervising at least 15 union (UAW) maintenance personnel
Direct all maintenance repair projects
Ensuring that production equipment is maintained and running smoothly
Preventative maintenance on high-speed PLC-driven production equipment
Read technical blueprints and interpret ways to fix equipment
Ensure the team members are adhering to OSHA and EPA regulations
Hiring/firing, scheduling time-off/vaca, and disciplinary actions
Qualifications for the Maintenance Supervisors include:
Maintenance leadership experience from a high-speed, high-volume production facility
Willingness to work long hours and occasional weekends
Union experience ideal but not required.
Automotive manufacturing exp. strongly desired
Strong personality to be able to lead a team of seasoned maintenance technicians
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
