The current opening is for an Applications Engineer. Main duties include:
- Install new or modified CNC operated machinery at customer’s facility
- Coordinate the setup and demonstration of Company machines for customer demonstration purposes
- Develop CNC machining process parameters
- Develop CNC programs utilizing Siemens
- Support end-user training of Company machines
- Troubleshoot issues related to customer CNC programming and make recommendations and changes
- Travel approximately 70% of the time
Qualifications include:
- B.S. degree in a technical field preferred, or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Knowledge of CNC machine technology
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interfacing with customers
- Ability to travel approximately 70% of the time
- Excellent problem-solving ability
