What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and admit new residents with care and compassion
• Lead and support non-licensed nursing staff
• Monitor resident care and ensure the highest clinical standards
• Perform ongoing physical and mental health assessments
• Educate residents and families with clarity and kindness

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN License
• A caring heart and passion for senior care
• Strong critical-thinking and communication skills
• Knowledge of infection control and safety practices
• A team player who values kindness, respect, and excellence
