What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and admit new residents with care and compassion
- Lead and support non-licensed nursing staff
- Monitor resident care and ensure the highest clinical standards
- Perform ongoing physical and mental health assessments
- Educate residents and families with clarity and kindness
What We’re Looking For:
- Active LPN or RN License
- A caring heart and passion for senior care
- Strong critical-thinking and communication skills
- Knowledge of infection control and safety practices
- A team player who values kindness, respect, and excellence
