Key Responsibilities
· Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, palletizing, relabeling, and loading.
· Ensure inventory is accurately recorded by SKU, batch number, quantity, status, and warehouse location.
· Maintain warehouse location accuracy and keep products organized by category, batch, and storage area.
· Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory discrepancy investigation.
· Manage loose inventory, sample inventory, consignment inventory, returns, and high-value items with clear labeling and proper records.
· Assign daily tasks to warehouse workers and ensure work is completed according to SOP and safety requirements.
· Monitor warehouse floor conditions, including aisle clearance, pallet stacking, product labeling, and general 5S organization.
· Identify and report issues such as damaged products, missing labels, inventory discrepancies, mixed pallets, or safety risks.
· Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams on inbound/outbound issues and inventory-related matters.
Qualifications
· 5 years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations experience preferred.
· Experience supervising warehouse workers or temporary labor preferred.
· Familiar with receiving, picking, shipping, inventory counts, and warehouse location management.
· Basic Excel, Google Sheets, ERP, or WMS experience preferred.
· Strong attention to detail, responsibility, communication skills, and hands-on execution ability.
· Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
· Bilingual English / Spanish
