Position Overview
Ocean Tides Spa at Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort is seeking a professional and service-oriented Spa Attendant to join our team. This role is key to delivering a relaxing and luxurious spa experience by maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall ambiance of the spa while providing exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including locker rooms, relaxation areas, treatment rooms, and public spaces
- Set up and refresh spa amenities such as towels, robes, slippers, and beverages
- Assist guests with spa orientation, including locker usage and facility amenities
- Ensure all spa supplies are fully stocked and notify leadership of inventory needs
- Support spa team members, including therapists and front desk staff, as needed
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a welcoming and tranquil environment
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
- Previous hospitality or spa experience preferred, but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a calm, professional environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
