Job Description
With Omni’s expanding portfolio of hotels and resorts, our centralized revenue department is growing! The role of the Revenue Management Coordinator/Analyst will collaborate with Central Directors of Revenue Management (CDRM) to provide analytic and support functions for multiple properties, along with providing administrative support to the department leadership team. This includes reporting requirements, forecasts, system maintenance, data entry, ad hoc projects, and requires an elevated level of attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. This position is based at the Omni Service Center in Dallas.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of month-end P&L review, and department forecast/budget
- Process invoices, leadership team expense reports and maintain department checkbook
- Prepare STR report data submission and distribution
- Assist with other projects as requested and assigned from CDRM and department managers
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for assigned properties as directed by CDRM
- Assist the CDRMs in monitoring and analyzing demand patterns
- Assist the CDRMs in monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of restrictions and other selling strategies
- Assist the CDRMs in Monitoring and analyzing daily future turndowns and lost business
- Assist the CDRMs in Developing and implementing daily selling strategies
- Assist the CDRMs in producing day by day current month and 12 month rolling forecasts
- Produce and distribute weekly Operations Forecast for assigned properties
- Prepare reports for, attend, and participate in weekly RevMerch, Sales meetings, and Corporate Revenue meetings, as needed.
- Conduct/chair the RevMerch meeting in the absence of the CDRMs
- Assist in setting strategy to fill hotel occupancy utilizing demand and pattern management
- Work with hotel team members to produce attractive and creative package offerings and work with digital and other teams to promote the package offerings
- Assist in maintaining rates and parity with all channel partners
- Work with CDRM to maintain rate and system configurations in various Omni applications

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience in Hospitality, Finance or Economic industry
Experience
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an analyst and/or coordinator
