The Retail Supervisor, Visual Merchandising and Trainer supports the daily operations of all retail outlets, ensuring consistent execution of merchandising standards, high‑quality customer service, effective inventory control, and achievement of revenue goals. This role also provides leadership and guidance to retail associates while upholding brand standards across all locations.

Overview
The Retail Supervisor, Visual Merchandising and Trainer supports the daily operations of all retail outlets, ensuring consistent execution of merchandising standards, high‑quality customer service, effective inventory control, and achievement of revenue goals. This role also provides leadership and guidance to retail associates while upholding brand standards across all locations.
Responsibilities
- Effectively display, communicate, and hold all retail associates accountable for The Trilogy standards
- Report directly to the Manager and Director of Retail
- Maintain an in‑store office presence to ensure adherence to brand and operational standards
- Assist with stocking, labeling, and inventory preparation
- Plan and execute monthly floor moves for five retail outlets
- Conduct weekly meetings with the Director to review product needs and replenishment strategies
- Create and manage schedules for all retail departments
- Oversee monthly MOS submissions and ensure accuracy
- Train associates and implement visual and operational standards for each outlet
- Conduct weekly role‑playing sessions with associates to reinforce the Power of One service culture
- 5 years of retail merchandising experience
- 4 years of supervisory experience
- Experience with Dayforce preferred
- 2 years of experience with OnTrack
