Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Front Office Manager, located in Atlanta, GA. The Assistant Front Office Manager will oversee daily front desk operations and ensure a seamless guest experience, including guest check-ins and check-outs. They will support the Front Office Manager in managing team performance, training staff, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with other departments, managing room inventory, and resolving operational challenges while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with hospitality operations, including guest services and front desk management
- Proficiency in hotel PMS systems and basic computer applications
- Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is highly desired
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Hospitality Management or a related field
