Omni Glass & Paint is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Team Member to join our warehouse and production team. Our production schedule typically runs Monday through Thursday, 6:00am to 3:30pm, with a short four-hour shift every Friday. Pay starts at $20 per hour, with excellent benefits, room to grow, and a positive, team-focused environment.

What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Team Member, you'll work in our warehouse and production areas to help move, prepare, and ship materials for customer orders. You'll be responsible for picking and packing glass products, scanning and labeling incoming inventory, and loading or unloading materials using forklifts and pallet jacks. You'll inspect products to ensure quality standards are met, assist in repairing shipping frames (a-frames), and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

This is a physical, hands-on role that involves lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for long periods, and performing repetitive tasks. You'll be cross-trained across different workstations and work closely with team leads and managers to keep operations running smoothly and safely.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read and follow written instructions. Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse work is preferred but not required-we provide on-the-job training for the right candidate. You should be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with hand and power tools, basic computer skills, and mechanical aptitude are a plus.
