Omni Military Loans (www.omnimilitaryloans.com), a leader in military consumer finance for more than 50 years, is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead our local office. This role is responsible for increasing branch performance, expanding local market presence, building referral relationships, and ensuring the office consistently delivers strong sales, service, and profitability results.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who can coach a team, manage daily execution, create demand in the community, and represent Omni with military commands, on-base organizations, local businesses, and referral partners.

WHAT WE DO

We only do one thing – improve the lives of active-duty and retired military personnel by providing them with consumer loans so they can deal with emergencies, bills, home repairs, car repairs, and more. When others say no, we love to say yes with fast, friendly, and trustworthy service.

KEY PERFORMANCE, LEADERSHIP, AND LOCAL MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES

· Lead daily branch operations with clear accountability for loan growth, customer service, compliance, team productivity, and profitability.

· Drive measurable performance by increasing applications, funded loans, customer retention, referrals, and overall branch revenue.

· Develop and execute a local marketing plan that includes command engagement, military support organizations, community events, business outreach, and referral partner development.

· Build Omni’s visibility in the local market by delivering presentations, attending local events, strengthening military relationships, and educating service members on Omni loan solutions.

· Recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members to meet branch goals while delivering fast, friendly, and trustworthy service.

· Use performance reports, market activity, customer feedback, and pipeline trends to identify opportunities and take action quickly.

· Communicate weekly results, marketing activity, growth opportunities, and action plans to corporate leadership.

Required Qualifications:

· Outgoing personality, great people skills, and a can-do attitude.

· Profit-motivated, performance-driven, and comfortable being accountable for measurable business results.

· Strong business judgment, computer skills, and ability to use performance data to guide sales, service, staffing, and local marketing decisions.

· Clean Driving History.

· Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and sustain local marketing efforts that generate qualified leads, referrals, and funded loan opportunities.

· Able to pass a criminal background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Knowledge of the military, local units, chains of command, military support programs to include MWR, Family Support Center services, and other quality of life programs.

· Prior experience in the Personal Finance/Loan industry.
