Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious CDL Driver to join our operations team. This dual-role position includes transporting goods between facilities or customers and assisting with warehouse functions such as loading/unloading, inventory handling, and maintaining an organized work environment. Job Responsibilities
This position involves extensive work in outdoor and industrial environments, including warehouses, company yards, customer sites, and contractor locations across surrounding states. This role goes beyond standard delivery duties and requires physically accessing and retrieving materials from non-ideal or challenging locations, consistent with construction and jobsite practices.
Employees must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and frequently bend, reach, climb, and enter/exit vehicles and trailers. Safe operation of material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, telehandlers and forklifts is required (training provided). Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) is always mandatory.
This position demands a high level of flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving. Employees must be willing and able to take on a wide range of tasks as operational needs change, communicate proactively when assistance is needed, and work effectively in fast-paced, unpredictable environments.
