We are seeking an experienced Pricing Manager to support our internal Capture & Proposal team. This is a highly collaborative unit working on delivering top quality bids across the US Government in a high volume environment. Candidates must be passionate, energized, and excited to solve challenging problems for our clients.
Requirements:
- 7 years hands-on experience preparing price proposals in response to US Government solicitations.
- Experience preparing all contract type proposals (FFP/T&M/CPFF)
- Experience leading or owning a pricing function
- Hands on experience preparing comprehensive and compliant written cost volumes in response to US Government solicitations.
- Highly proficient in utilizing excel for pricing proposals.
- Ability to work and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with all levels in development and review of cost proposals.
- Strategic though leader to help bring value and competitive pricing to secure wins.
- Ability to prepare competitive assessment for bids
- Understanding of Government contracting compliance relative to proposals – FAR/DFAR/TINA
